The Trail Edition kit bundles the most common driveline and suspension failure parts—CV axle, wheel bearing, ball joint, tie rod, and radius rod (where fitment applies)—into one complete solution.
All components are manufactured in-house to matched tolerances, eliminating fitment mismatches from mixing brands or replacing single parts.
Replacing one component while leaving others in service creates mismatched tolerances and accelerates repeat failure. The Trail Edition eliminates this compromise, giving you a unified, engineered system for safe and reliable front end performance.

DESCRIPTION2
At the heart of the kit are Demon Heavy Duty Axles, crafted with oversized CV joints, 4340 Chromoly steel inner cages, and our proprietary dual heat treatment process. The double plunge design offers 1.5” of inboard travel and up to 47° of articulation, delivering smooth power transfer across rough, uneven terrain. Outfitted with high-performance TPEE boots and molybdenum grease, these axles are built to ride longer and harder. + Heavy Duty Ball joints are an essential upgrade to your machines suspension! These ball joints are built based on tests they are twice as strong as OEM. We achieved that by making the entire ball joint from dual heat treated 4340 chromoly steel and zinc plating it for maximum durability. Plus our stud doesn’t narrow down as much as stock. Our heavy-duty ball joints are serviceable, which is why we include a grease fitting to keep them running smoothly. They also feature an adjustable threaded cap, allowing you to set the stud tension as needed. + Rugged wheel bearing is made from heavy duty steel with double material sealing design (Rubber and Steel) to improve the dust and mud resistance. Each Wheel Bearing comes with a 1 year limited warranty. When you’re replacing the axle, that’s the best time to check the wheel bearing. If anything feels off, swap in one of our rugged parts to avoid a failure down the road.
