RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

·        All Returns are subject to a restock fee 20% restock fee unless our listing had an issue at which point the fee is waived. If you have any questions about fitment please feel free to reach out before making the purchase.

·        Returns must be requested/communicated via email info@infinitepartsdepot.com or phone at (226) 666-6859, or via our contact page within 30 days of receiving the shipment (as determined by the carrier's tracking number). If the request is within this period, an RMA # will be issued.

·        After RMA is issued, Customer has (30) days to return the product to the address provided with the RMA. If parts are not received within this time period, the RMA is void.

·        Product must be shipped to Infinite Parts Depot at Customer's expense. We can provide a return address in the US or Canada depending on your address

·        If parts are damaged in shipping back to Infinite Parts Depot, it is up to the customer to contact their shipping company for damage reimbursement.

·        Returned product must be in an unused/uninstalled/undamaged condition. Infinite Parts Depot will, at its discretion, determine whether a part meets this criteria. If returned parts are received as new then a refund will be issued less restocking fees.

·        There are no refunds on shipping charges.

·        No exchanges will take place with returned item. We will refund items, create a new order, and collect payment for new items.

DAMAGED PARTS AND/OR MISSING PARTS

·        Missing or Damaged parts must be reported to Infinite Parts Depot within 24 hours after the parts are delivered as determined by the carrier tracking number


EXCHANGES

·        The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return with us, and purchase the item you need. Once we have received the returned item and have inspected it we will issue a refund, minus the restock fee.

REFUNDS

·        We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If for some reason the return is not approved we will ship the item back to you.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
